Refund Policy

We understand that billing questions sometimes arise following a radiology exam, and we are here to support you.

As a merchant service provider working with imaging centers and radiology practices, we process patient balances but do not directly bill for services.

Refund Eligibility:

  • A charge was incorrect

  • The exam was cancelled

  • There was a duplicate payment

  • ​

Refund Timeline: Once eligibility is confirmed, we initiate the refund back to the original payment method, typically completing the process within 7-10 business days.

Required Information: Patients should retain their receipts and payment confirmation to help expedite the review process.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Patient's name

  • Date of service

  • Transaction reference
