Dr. Alejandro Bugnone is a fourth-generation radiologist, technology innovator, and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in diagnostic radiology and over 14 years focused on workflow optimization, artificial intelligence, and healthcare software development. Board-certified by the American Board of Radiology, he earned his medical degree with Summa Cum Laude honors from the Universidad del Salvador in Argentina, completed his radiology residency and Chief Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida, and pursued advanced MRI fellowship training at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital with specialization in musculoskeletal imaging, body MRI, and neuroradiology.

Dr. Bugnone has published extensively, presented award-winning research nationally, and received multiple honors from RSNA and ARRS, including an ARRS Gold Medal. Throughout his career, he has served in executive and clinical leadership roles, driving innovation, operational excellence, and workflow transformation in radiology.

As Founder and CEO of RADIN Health, Dr. Bugnone leads the development of next-generation radiology workflow platforms that integrate artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), natural language processing, automation, and data analytics to improve operational efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance clinical decision-making. His work focuses on applying AI not as a standalone technology, but as a practical tool that helps radiologists, imaging centers, hospitals, and teleradiology organizations optimize workflows, improve productivity, and deliver better patient care.
